BARRIO STUDIOS® — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Barrio Studios®, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Every piece represents our commitment to culture, creativity, and Latino art. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Be in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.
Show no signs of damage caused by wear, washing, or improper care.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Final Sale & Limited Drops

Due to the limited nature of our releases, certain items may be designated as final sale at the time of purchase.

Any final-sale designation will be clearly communicated before checkout. Final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing preference or change of mind, except where required by applicable law or when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at barriostudios401@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when relevant. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

Email barriostudios401@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Wait for return instructions and approval before shipping anything back.
If approved, ship the item according to the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions first.

5. Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders, we will explain the available return shipping arrangements.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

If a refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact us.

7. Exchanges & Sizing

Exchanges depend on available inventory. Because Barrio Studios® releases limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or item will be available.

Please review the size information provided on each product page before ordering. Contact us if you need help choosing a size.

8. Preorders

Preordered items may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated shipping or fulfillment timelines will be communicated when available.

If you have questions or concerns about a preorder, please contact us. Any cancellation, refund, or delay-related rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated at purchase.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment.
